DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT (B2C)

This agreement is a binding document regulating the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of food and non-food consumer products through gurme.se.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• 2.1. These terms and conditions apply between Synopsys AB (Org. No: 559164-3159) and customers placing orders via www.gurme.se.
• 2.2. In addition to this agreement, the Company's Privacy Policy applies. This policy regulates the principles of processing the BUYER's data.
• 2.3. The Company reserves the right to change these terms unilaterally. However, the terms accepted by the BUYER on the date of the order are binding for 그 order.

3. COLD CHAIN AND FOOD SAFETY

• 3.1. Shipment Standards: Perishable foods such as cheese, sucuk, and similar items are sent to the customer using special packaging methods in accordance with cold chain rules.
• 3.2. Return Conditions: Returns of products subject to the cold chain are only accepted provided that the product packaging has never been opened and the product is protected in accordance with cold chain rules during the return process to the Seller. Products with a broken cold chain or opened packaging cannot be returned due to food safety reasons.

4. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES AND COSTS

• 4.1. Processing Fee: A fee of 300 SEK (or 700 SEK for home delivery) will be charged for packages not collected at the address provided by the buyer. This fee covers shipping costs, return shipping costs, and processing expenses.
• 4.2. Late Payment Penalty: The payment period is 10 days. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK, an annual late interest rate of 24%, and potential collection costs will be charged.
• 4.3. Withdrawal: If you change your mind after the package has been sent by us, you must receive the package at the delivery address and send it back to us. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be recorded as "uncollected" and charged accordingly.

5. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

• 5.1. Pricing: Prices stated on the Website include VAT. VAT rates are 12% for food products and 25% for non-food products and shipping services.
• 5.2. Invoice: The order amount is clearly stated on the invoice and transmitted to the BUYER digitally or physically.

6. ORDER AND PAYMENT METHODS

• 6.1. Payment: Payments can be made via Klarna, Stripe/ikasPay (Credit Card), or Bank Transfer.
• 6.2. Bank Transfer: Payments must be made to the following Synopsys AB accounts. The order number must be written in the description section.

7. DELIVERY

• 7.1. Shipping: In-stock products are shipped within 2-3 business days. Out-of-stock products are delivered within 5 business days.
• 7.2. Logistics: Deliveries are carried out with reliable companies such as DHL, DB Schenker, or Airmee.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

• 8.1. Right of Withdrawal: The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date they receive the product.
• 8.2. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal cannot be used for quickly perishable foods and hygiene products whose packaging has been opened.
• 8.3. Complaints: Defective products must be reported within 14 days of delivery. In case of justified complaints, return costs are covered by the Company.

9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Swedish law shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement, and the courts of Malmö are authorized.

10. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order on gurme.se, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement.
